Today, in an effort to get organized, my fiance and I paid a visit to the Apple Store in Chestnut Hill to get: an iphone. After using a blackberry for over six years, for both personal and work purposes, I've FINALLY decided that I can no longer successfully move through this busy world without a creative mobile device. It is refreshing to know that Apple's masterminds are behind it, and I've finally seen the light and will be leaving Verizon - in order to make life easier, much more fun, practical and: cool (does anyone really even SAY cool anymore??).
Fortunately, the Apple gods were present, for one reason or another (couldn't transfer my FL number for now), we didn't walk out with the iphone - and JUST NOW, my techie/super creative/digitally talented fiance discovered that as Apple unleashes the anticipated, mysterious, largely speculated 'Tablet' there are rumors that there will be some sort of 'announcement' pertaining to the 'iphone' and a benefit that may be attached to it... SO, I will patiently - with a broken/non-functional blackberry anticipate the Mr. Jobs' 'Media Event'.... fingers crossed that the patience will pay off!
